Mountain Petroleum would like to take this time to thank you for your patronage. We would like to explain the following programs for this heating season. We will be offering a floating pre-pay price for fuel oil, propane, and kerosene. A floating budget price will also be available. These prices will change at each delivery depending on the market. The advantage to you for being on a pre-pay plan is a discount of $.38 off the daily charge price. The advantage to you for being on a budget plan is a discount of $.33 off the daily charge price.

Budget Programs
Plan A
This program gives you the opportunity to pre-pay for your fuel in advance at a floating price, which will be $.38 per gallon less than the daily charge price, at each delivery date. Please note: after the amount for which you have pre-paid is used up, or the budget period has expired on April 30th of each year, consequent deliveries will be charged at the regular price.

Plan B
This is an eleven (11) month budget plan which begins in July. With this plan, you will be charged $.33 per gallon less than the daily charge price, at each delivery date. Please note: after the amount for which you have budgeted is used up, or the budget period has expired on April 30th of each year, consequent deliveries will be charged at the regular price.

Credit Policy
For qualified charge accounts, payments are due within 10 days of delivery or notice. We deliver the fuel, leaving a delivery ticket and expect payment within 10 days. If payment is received within 10 days of the delivery, we offer a discount of .25 cents per gallon. Please have whoever checks your home notify you of the delivery so you can take advantage of the discount. After 30 days a monthly 2% service charge will be added to your bill. All delinquent accounts will be charged a $15 per month late fee. Violation of this credit policy will result in the customer being placed on a C.O.D. basis. Our business is not designed to be a banking service. If you need more than one month to pay your outstanding fuel bills, we accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be aware that if a balance is owed, another delivery will not be made until the first is paid in full. Please be aware that if you are a propane customer with our propane tank at your home and there is an overdue balance on the account, we will remove our propane tank from your residence.

Payment Plans
Plans begin July 1st. We request that your choice of budget programs be made no later than July 1st. Pre-payment plans must be paid in full by July 1st.
Call NOW! These plans will not be available after July 1. Market conditions could cause enrollment closure at any time without notice. These prices will be void if America’s oil supply is interrupted by an act of war, terrorism, or shortage of oil supply.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: - Budget prices are only in effect July 1st – April 30th. All deliveries during the off budget period will be charged regular prices.
