Emergency Service Number - In order to better serve our customers, we offer an emergency service number. If you are calling after regular business hours, you will reach our answering service and will be prompted through a series of options. If you have an emergency, please leave a message for a service technician who will be ready and willing to serve your heating needs. Calls are taken in the order in which they are received, with the following exception: "NO HEAT" call take priority over other problems. Please be patient, as our service technicians will help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If your furnace is not running, please try the following before you call us. It could save you money.

• Check the thermostat settings

• Make sure the emergency switch is on

• Check circuit breakers

• Physically check the amount of product in the tank

• Check the water level

• Push the reset button on the primary control switch. (This is a button on the control box. If the burner runs for a minute or so and stops again, DO NOT PUSH THE BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE.)
