2006-2007 Season

The Fixed Price Budget Program is an eleven (11) month budget plan starting in July. This plan FIXES the fuel price for the season and will not fluctuate up or down with the fuel market. This option is easiest on the monthly budget. Monthly budget amounts are based on the total gallons needed per season and split into eleven payments. Fuel usage from the previous season is used to calculate your estimated need. If you use more fuel than estimated due to extreme weather or unforseen circumstance, additional fuel can be purchased at the budget price and the balance of monthly payments is adjusted accordingly.
