Our service technicians will help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please see our current rate list below and read our Company Policies concerning fuel depletion and furnace restarts.

Annual Service:

It is important to maintain your heating system annually. Having your heating system in peak operating condition and firing at maximum efficiency means more value for your heating dollars. It also means less chance of your heating system breaking down in the middle of a cold winter's night. Our annual Clean & Service maintenance service is available year-round. See the rate list below for the current prices and service details. Please call to setup your appointment.

Important Winter-Time Notice

If your residence is a second or summer home, please do not leave it unattend during the winter. Have a friend or neighbor check it regularly or drain the pipes and add anti-freeze. This will eliminate freeze-ups and unnecessary cost from damage. There are temperature devices called "Winter Watchman" that can be installed to notify you if the temperature of your home falls below the desired set temperature.

     3. Check the circuit breakers.
     4. Physically check the amount of product in tank.
