Fuel Oil ● Kerosene ● Diesel ● Propane
Our delivery service focuses on providing our customers with prompt, curteous, efficient delivery service. Our customer tracking system enables us to predict when your fuel is running low and automatically generate a delivery ticket as needed, and our expanding fleet of delivery trucks are part of this plan. We have several different delivery plans available:
Automatic Delivery:
This simple method is recommended for most customers. Automatic deliveries are computer generated so that you receive regular automatic deliveries while our trucks are out. Our computer records the outside temperature and tells us approximately how much oil you will be using and when you need a delivery. This system is convenient, but it is recommended that during extremely cold weather the customer also makes periodic checks of their fuel supply. Because the computer does not know at what temperature you keep your thermostat, the usage of fuel oil cannot be calculated 100%. Just as you check the fuel gauge on your car and fill it when necessary, you as the homeowner, need to be aware of your fuel oil gauge, especially when we have sub-zero temperatures for several days. We cannot guarantee that you will never run out of fuel. Our guarantee is that if you do run out, we will bring you fuel and restart your furnace, with no service charge, even in the middle of the night. |
Call Delivery:
With call delivery the customer keeps track of their fuel oil use and calls the office when a delivery is needed. A 48-hour notice is required with a minimum delivery of 100 gallons. Our trucks cover a large area, and routes are scheduled in advance. Short notice or emergency deliveries will incur a service charge. Oil deliveries are made Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. |
